The watchdog groupElectronic Privacy Information Center (EPIC) has filed a law suit in the District of Columbia Court of Appeals urging the court to suspend the advanced imaging technology (AIT) body scanner program. Well-known consumer advocate Ralph Nader has also joined EPIC in urging Senate hearings on full body scanners at airports.
