France: new Transport Code

On Dec. 1, 2010, the provisions of the French Civil Aviation Code (Code de l'aviation civile - "CAC") were re-codified within the
French Transport Code (Code des transports - "CDT"), a new legislative framework not just for civil aviation but also for other means of transport.
