(i) means an establishment which has 6 rooms or more available for the accommodation of travellers, the owner of which holds the establishment out as offering food, beverages and, if so required, accommodation, without any special contract, to any traveller presenting himself who appears willing and able to pay the published rate for the services and facilities. The main occupation of the premises must be for the purpose of carrying on a trade as a hotelier.
