About You: Tim studied law at both McGill and Laval universities in Quebec, Canada and received both civil and common law degrees from McGill in 1989. He then completed the requirements to practice law in Ontario in 1991 and began his career as a clerk to the judges of the Superior Court of Ontario in Toronto. He joined Heifetz, Crozier in 1994 and became a partner of the firm in 1997. His practice is focused on the travel industry and international transactions in general as well as the disputes arising out of them. He represents both Canadian and foreign clients in courts across Canada and in arbitration proceedings internationally.
