Josep M. Bech

Josep Maria Bech Serrat is an Associate Professor of Civil Law at Tourism School of Girona University. His research interests lie broadly in the fields of Travel Law, Consumer Law, Law of Obligations, Contract Law (Sale of Goods) and Tort Law. He has written a number of scholarly articles and he is the author of the book ‘Selling Tourism Services at a Distance’ (http://www.springer.com/law/international/book/978-3-642-27886-0). He has also practical experience in consultancy work for Government, law firms, businesses and professional organisations on travel law matters.
