Harry Manuel

After I obtained my law degree at Vrije Universiteit (Free University) in Amsterdam in 1983, I was a laywer for nearly 18 years: almost 14 years in Amsterdam, some 4 years in Den Bosch (near Eindhoven) in the south part of The Netherlands. In those years I advised and represented many persons involved in the travel industry: travellers, touroperators, airlines, groundhandling agents. From 1 February 2002 till 1 January 2007 I worked as a judge in the District Court in Utrecht. As per 1 January 2007 I switched to the District Court Zwolle-Lelystad, location Leystad, where I have been appointed Vice-President as per 1 February 2010.
